The employer must file the required documents with the local labour authorities according to regulations.
● The local labour authorities make a decision on whether to grant or refuse a work permit within seven business days. employer must then pay the required fee within 30 business days.
● The local labour authorities grant the work permit to the employer within three business days of receipt ofpayment of the relevantfee.
● Work permit applications usually take between one and two months to process.
● After a work permit is granted, the work visa takes up to five business days to process.
